[chora] chora install problem

Hi      
     
i've installed  horde-2.1, imp-3.1 and chora-1.1    
imp works fine.    
but i cant see files in chora.    
i can browse folder, but files are not shown.    
i kept the default config, just put my repository in cvsroots.php 
 
the following error are shown while browsing chora.

/home/somekool/public_html/webmail/horde/chora/lib/CVSLib/File.php on line 94

anyone got these message ?
