[chora] failed to spawn rlog ?? error 505?? please help

Hi,

Got horde and imp working,
i'm using cvsnt and wincvs to manage my cvs projects, all is working great,
but when i try to use the latest version of chora to get a webbased backend
for my cvs server all attempts fail :-(

i've installed cygwin's rcs files and made the proper settings to the config
file of chora, but i'm still getting the 505 internal server error.

no matter what i try to change the error stays.

conf.php [Chora]
$conf['paths']['co'] = 'c:\cygwin\bin\co';

$conf['paths']['rcs'] = 'c:\cygwin\bin\rcs';

$conf['paths']['rcsdiff'] = 'c:\cygwin\bin\rcsdiff';

$conf['paths']['rlog'] = 'c:\cygwin\bin\rlog';

$conf['paths']['cvs'] = 'c:\cygwin\bin\cvs';



i'm using WinXP-Pro, IIS5, php 4.3.0, pear etc.etc. all the things needed to
get things up and running.

when i point to the top CVSROOT in cvsroots.php
i'll get a list of all the modules in Chora from my CVS Repository but when
i click any of them i'm still getting the error mentioned above.

any ideas????
