[chora] Getting 404, Object not found error when clicking on any cvsroot subdirectories

Someone else posted the same problem a few months ago.

Here is a sample html code from the frame (using chora 2.0-cvs on RH 8.0), I
have never seen a request like cvs.php/ad2ldap?login=2.  Obviously it works
since www.horde.org cvs web page has the same page request, but yours works.  My
cvsroot directory has permissions drwxrwsr-x with user/group cvs, the webserver
is running as user apache.

Do I need to make changes to httpd.conf or something?  Don't know where to start
troubleshooting.  Thanks,
