[chora] Diffs aren't shown

Why is it trying to use this directory?  This is the value of $TMP for
the user root.

Can I somehow do it so, that chora makes rcsdiff use the directory
specified in Horde's $conf['tmpdir'] - which is none and thus should be
php's upload_tmp_dir?

The problem is, that only root is allowed to write in root's $TMP (I'm
using pam_tmpdir).
