[chora] newbie: configuration chora for website files

Hi,
I finally got Chora running after installing rcs, which wasn't noted
anywhere in the install docs.
Either way, I have created a small login script using php which i'm using it
as my test project for Chora. I would like for any changes done in that
script in the depository to take place on my local webserver also. Can Chora
do this and if so, how?
So if I change /cvsroot/login/login.php,v
it somehow (magically) takes that code and put it in
/var/www/login.php
