[chora] viewing newest revision per branch

Hello-

It would be nice if the following were possible, but
first, an example on what is possible:

  Links to revision 1.26
    co.php/foo/bar.xml?r=1.26

  Links to newest revision in HEAD
    co.php/foo/bar.xml

It would be useful if one can mimick this behavior
per branch instead of just HEAD, like so:

  Links to newest revision in branch bleh
    co.php/foo/bar.xml?branch=bleh

This would show the newest bar.xml in the branch
named bleh.  I know that php.net would find a lot
of use for this feature and assume others would
too.
