[chora] compare single file to repository with one url

this is ok, because i inserted a .htaccess for official access. i quickly toke a 
look in the diff.php, but it seems not as if i would find the right point for 
switching the authentication off.

could you give me a hint, for what i have to look for? or is there any equal 
solution available?
