    Allow an addressbook source to handle all otherwise unassigned shares.
    
    Turba assumed that any share got created by Turba itself. Thus the
    share should have a 'source' parameter attached. This is impossible to
    achieve with the Kolab share backend as the addressbooks may have been
    created by Kontact or Outlook. Those will not set any additional
    parameters on the share. So there needs to be a catch-all for shares
    which I added with the 'all_shares' parameter.
