    Improve handling of getServerChanges
    
    This changes the handling to use the getChanges() API now available
    in the syncable apps. Saves mulitple API calls (adds,mods,dels are all
    obtained at once) and doesn't include recurring event exceptions
    in the getChanges call (since they are included with the "parent"
    event when exporting to iCalendar).
