    down() migration doesn't work with mysqli.
    
    For some completely unexplicable reason the version value will stay at
    1, even after a successful SET version = 0 query. Workaround by dropping
    the schema table completely. Maybe we should do this in the migrator
    anyway when migration to schema version 0.
