    Not all drivers provide __uid values.
    
    If __uid is empty, then the $this->_vfs->exists() check resolves to true
    since the Turba::VFS_PATH itself exists. This leads to all contacts in drivers
    without a __uid (such as favorites, facebook, groups etc...) to list all files
    for all contacts.
