    Fix setting default values for special prefs in identities.
    
    The HordeIdentitySelect:change wasn't triggered when switching to "New
    Identity". Instead of simply resetting the identity form (didn't work
    for HTML signatures either for example), explicitly keep the default
    identity values with a -1 index in the JavaScript hashes and update the
    form like for an existing identity.
