    Remove Horde_Mime_Address::sanityCheck() method.
    
    Now accessed through parameter to addHeader()/replaceHeader().
    
    getOb() now returns null if header doesn't exist (to match getValue()
    behavior).

    cache, since internal data storage has changed.
