    Force converting to LONGBLOB columns in MySQL.
    
    Require Horde_Db 2.0.3 to make sure that the binary-to-binary migration indeed
    creates LONGBLOB columns. Won't merge to FRAMEWORK_5_0 to avoid messing up the
    schema numbers.
