    Perform WINDOWSIZE/MOREAVAILABLE logic in Horde_ActiveSync_Request_Sync::.
    
    Now correctly checks for collection level WINDOWSIZE as well as the
    global WINDOWSIZE values. Stopping output once either is reached.
