    More places to fix RedBox positioning
    
    regression caused by 585ff2295649a1ec945f694ac18d77a6b4b6bb8c
    "Improve centering of Redbox". Since it seems every app that uses
    RedBox OTHER than IMP needs this fix, perhaps the correct fix is
    to override what is needed in IMP's CSS?
