    More tweaks to ghosted/supported handling.
    
    I've never seen this happen, but according to MS-ASCMD 2.2.3.168,
    a client can send an empty SUPPORTED container to mean ALL properties
    are ghosted. An omitted SUPPORTED tag still means none are ghosted.
