    (Sort of) fix EAS support for RECUR_YEARLY_DAY recurrences.
    
    The good news is that these will no longer appear on the client
    *every* day. The bad news is that EAS doesn't really support
    a recurrence on the same day-of-year. It only supports yearly
    on the same date or on the same day-of-week/week-of-month combination.
