    Give up trying to work around gpg versions that don't provide keyid.
    
    Older versions (at least as recent as 1.4.11 - provided with
    ubuntu/precise) do not announce the keyid of the secret or public
    key packets. This can't be worked around in a 100% reliable manner
    without making assumptions that may not be true. Skip the tests
    when this is the case.
