    [jan] Remove <link rel=> tags with Previous and Next from basic message view (Bug #14400).
    
    This enables pre-fetching of the next message and thus setting the \Seen flag. For some reason that never was a problem yet, a.k.a. didn't work. This seems to have changed with recent browser versions, most notably Firefox 47.
