    We already have the micalg parameter.
    
    Theoretically this only works when using detached signatures, but this method only works in that case anyway. Using the 'cleartext' parameter is broken. If we want to support that again at some point, we can do the signing twice. Once detached to get the micalg parameter, and once in opaque mode.
