  Log:
  - in the directory view, make the 'rev' column links to check out
    the HEAD version of the relevant file.  This emulates other cvsweb
    scripts which do similar, and it is quite useful.
  
  - add an experiemental -kk option to the rcsdiff, which is meant to
    ignore RCS tags in the diff (it doesnt do much for Linux, so committing
    to try Free/OpenBSD)
