  Log:
  fix up a few things that either worked and then broke with register_globals
  = Off, or never worked even though they were supposed to.
  
  namely, passing ?imapuser=foo will auto-fill the username fill on the login
  screen, and passing ?server=server will auto-select that server in the
  server list box.
