  Log:
  re-add imp's exclamation as important.gif, which we use for flagged
  messages. Also update conf.php.dist to reflect the name change (make sure to
  do this locally), and also to be more generic - use
  $conf['path']['graphics'] for all of the flag image locations, and pass the
  alt tags through gettext so we get translations.
