  I believe this finally closes this bug.  This commit reverses the previous
  one; I wasn't understanding option displayed names vs. values properly.
  The JavaScript code was the culprit:  the function that reset the LDAP
  options and attribute types when other drop-down values changed was
  completely broken; now fixed.
