  Log:
  Fix another folder prefix and replace "None" by "Use Default Value" in the
  sent mail folder drop down list. This selects the standard value provided
  in config/prefs.php as the sent mail folder for the created identity and
  also creates it if it doesn't exist already, though it should be created
  the first time the user logs in.
