Improve language handling:
* Preselect the current used language in the login screen language selector
* Translate application names correctly in both the horde and the
applications' menus
* Fix some small nits and bugs with sessions etc.
This is not ready for MFH, I know of at least one or two issues left.
Please test this everybody so we can put it in RC2 safely.
