  Log:
  Add a preference to allow maintenance ops with no confirmation screen.
  
  The Maintenance code is a lot more complicated than I expected,
  somehow, so I'm not entirely sure this will work. Michael, if you
  could take a peek at it, I'd really appreciate it.
