  Log:
  Huge revamp of the XML_SVG api:
  - parameters are now passed to each class in a named array, making it
    much easier to leave out optional parameters, and ignoring parameter order.
  - added a small SVG example.
  - output is now generally cleaner in some cases
  - added a couple of new tags (tref, image).
