  * Remove check for registry "show" attribute when checking for
  Horde summary api
  * This means the Horde summary page can show data for modules not shown in
  the Horde menu, as long as the registry "active" attribute isn't set to
  false.
  
  Chuck: I assume this is okay now that you have the active support in
