  Log:
  Pass around the calendar id as well as the event id.
  Start removing the $GLOBAL['currentShare'] and $currentCalendar.
  Make Invites work with local and remote calendars.
  Always show the Edit event link but remove the Save button if we can't edit the orignial leaving only 'Save As New' button.
