  Log:
  Improved handling of Content IDs - make sure that if we cache an object, we
  store the IDs with that object so we do not have to reparse again (the whole
  purpose of the caching).
  Consolidate view URL generation code by reworking the view() JS function.
  This function was hackish in the first place and caused us to have to
  maintain similar URL generation code in two different places.
