  Log:
  Another Maintenance:: rewrite. This rewrite makes (I hope) the logic
  easier to understand than the somewhat convoluted logic of before. Also,
  the new rewrite should make it easier to add functionality in the future.
  On the TODO list - adding a redirect screen that lists the current
  maintenance tasks being performed. This would be nice for those admin
  locked prefs - sometimes when logging in, the system takes a while (e.g.
  purging the trash) and without the confirmation screen it is difficult to
  know what is going on.
