  Log:
  * Add a new file for site-specific channels, and the needed code to merge
  it into the normally distributed channels.
  * This allows one to easily update the distributed channels (channels.php)
  without loosing or having to re-merge their local channels by hand.  This
  should prevent many mistakes when updating the channel list.
