  Log:
  - clean up the removePage, this still doesn't work right, because of problems deleting page components from VFS
  - add a function to get back the root id
  - clean up the isRootPage to use the new getRootPageId()
  - fix comments for getParent - these were not relevant
  - get rid of getOutputMenu - this was too specific to be sitting here, have to think of a better solution
