  Log:
  Another attempt to fix the logout/login problem if accessing IMP directly.
  
  I changed the logic so that we check for the url parameter in redirect.php
  as a hint if IMP was accessed directly or by Horde. We only point the logout
  link in IMP to horde/login.php if IMP is providing authentication for Horde
  AND IMP wasn't accessed directly.
  
  If I am missing something let me know.
