  Log:
  - Rename _turba_getFieldByLinkParameters to the more concise and more
  correct _turba_getFieldById.
  
  - *vastly* simplify the logic in _turba_getFieldById, and make it
  functional.
  
  - Fix the javascript on the addlink page so that it is possible to
  select the first address in the list, and make double-clicking select
  a contact.
