  Initial Horde port of Rakim from http://rakim.sourceforge.net/

  This is NOT a finished app, but it's a strong start. There's a lot of
  cleanup that can be done still, and the db code can be
  centralized/cleaned up a lot. But it works, and is a really nice
  foundation.
