  Log:
  - If a user is never answered (or leaves very quickly), then the
  user_uid will be NULL here and that's okay.
  
  - First version of a script to archive old data. Right now it does NOT
  delete anything; it just grabs all data and turns it into reporting
  data. In the future, it'll honor a configuration setting for how long
  to keep data, and it will delete data that it archives.
