[cvs] IMP 3.2.1 Arabic translation

Dear Sir

I want to translate IMP 3.2.1 to Arabic, I have
started translating the .po file, and in fact I have
taken a copy of fr_FR.po and call it ar-om.po and
started the translation.

Is it possible to add the Arabic language file into
your next issue, if it's yes I will continue
translating it.
