  Re-introduce the concept of Horde authentication realms. This is an
  API feature that can be used by applications that need to distinguish
  between two (or more) seperate sets of users, potentially
  authenticated against different backends, and need to know which
  backend ('realm') a user authenticated against.
  
  A fairly complex example of using this will be introduced shortly in
  Rakim.
