  MFH: Add code to protect against session fixation issues.
  The code in IMP only works if a version of Horde 2.2.4 or greater is present.
  Thanks to Daniel Wyss <wyss at colorado.edu> for his help with this and verifying
  that the patch helps to prevent fixation issues.
