  Added files:
    lib                  Stocks.php 
  Log:
  New Jonah_Stocks:: base class to handle common stock logic/functions,
  along with some tricky cache logic to let us update in bunches, but only store
  each stock once, not once per user. Will result in far fewer calls to nasdaq/yahoo.
