  Log:
  Horde::selfURL(true) potentially causes some big problems when emptying trash
  because there may be info in parameters (i.e. 'index' in message.php after
  deleting a message) that is not accurate.  Rather than write really ugly,
  "hackish" code to try to prevent this, simply redirect to the folders page.
