  Log:
  Add support for $backend_groups in config/backends.php which
  allows syncing of multiple password backends and applying site-wide
  policies to a set of password backends.  If a group is configured
  it will be used instead of any individual backends, but the group
  must list valid and configured backends.  Please see comments at
  the bottom of backends.php.dist for the description.
  
  Note to translators:  some strings have changed.  sorry! :-)
