  Log:
  Remove caching for MIME_Viewer objects in MIME_Contents::.  Although caching
  gains a little time in preventing a (limited) number of duplicate
  instantiations, for large messages caching the MIME_Viewer object leads to
  *mega* memory usage and unneeded duplication of file contents in memory.
