  Log:
  - teach Ansel_Image how to create missing screen and thumbnail images
  - use Ansel_Image for all image displaying in image.php (now proper image
  headers are sent for every view, so you can link directly to thumbmails, etc.)
  - remove the now unused getImage*Data() functions from Gallery.php
  
  Should be a bit cleaner and trimmer now, and if it's not faster, it's certainly
  more extendable, in better shape to allow multiple image operations at once,
  and probably not slower either.
