  - add a new script go.php to redirect to a given url, thus masking any referrer info being sent to the remote server
  - fix linkURLs() in /lib/Text.php to make use of go.php for external links and close any potential giving away of session data to remote servers
  
  can the search/replace logic for URLs be improved?
