  Log:
  Attempt to allow Auth_http to verify users if it's given the location of the
  httpasswd file. Also add a utility script for use as an HTTP login screen;
  hopefully it'll allow for auth that's integrated between Horde and Apache
  basic auth for other parts of a site. Untested at the moment.
