  Fix summary_categories bustage - my summary view was displaying all my
  tasks, not just those in summary_categories.
  
  Can anyone improve on this logic? It's gets messy because we want to show:
  - Any tasks in summary_categories
  AND
  - Any tasks that are past their due dates
